What is coaching?

Coaching is a process to create self-awareness (strengths and areas of improvement), clarity of goals, unlocking the potential of the individual and help on executing the development plans. The coach should preferably be professional and certified. The coach can also act as a sounding board.

What kind of coaching do you under take?

Business Coaching, Leadership Development, Work-Life Balance, etc.

How do I know if coaching is needed for me?

If you come across these points and the answer to one or more questions is YES, then it is good to ask for coaching.

  • Are you a professional faced with challenges at workplace and unable to deal with them?
  • Are you unaware of your strengths and areas of improvement for making it big and be successful?
  • Are you unable to cope with home and office pressures / demands?
  • Do you feel ‘stuck’ at a level and unclear on what the future holds for you?

Do you do Individual Coaching?

Yes. We do undertake individual coaching.

What is the process involved?

Given below are the broad steps. This is divided into two phases for the convenience of understanding by the users. BUT actually steps in both the phases will be followed sequentially in general for the best results. We can either engage in both the phases or with phase 1, based on the need.

Is it the same process for coaching for companies or individuals?

The process is the same because, executive coaching by nature is a personalized and customised to the individual.

How long does it take – duration in months?

The duration is dependent on the individual coachee. However, as this is an involved exercise, it may take anywhere between 7 months to 9 months. The meetings with the coach may be scheduled at regular intervals (say 3-4 weeks once) for a duration of 90 to 120 minutes each time.

How much time do I allocate for each meeting?

For each meeting you have to allocate around one and half hours to two hours. However working on the actions arising out of the sessions you can do it on the job. Most of the times, there may be no extra time needed.

Do you work only with big companies?

We work with all the people or companies that need support. We work with individuals for coaching. We work with companies for coaching, designing & delivering leadership workshops for middle and senior leaders. We also do consulting with companies of various sizes on organization development, change management, strategy formulation, and execution excellence.

I have changed my job and finding it a challenge to adjust to the new organizations. How can you help?

You can reach out to us for discussion. Based on the discussion, we can decide if coaching is needed – if so it can be worked out. If not with some guidance and advice you may be able to continue with minor adjustments.

Can you do coaching beyond normal office working hours?

Yes. The timing of discussions can be worked out mutually to be convenient.

Can you do coaching online – (not in person)?

Yes. It can be done. However, if there is a possibility to meet in person once, it will be welcome, though NOT a must.

How much does it cost?

Can you help me find my best fit professionally?

Not really. But through discussions, it may be possible to find out your strengths and areas of improvement. From there one can decide the next course of action.

Consulting

Do you offer ongoing consulting services? What kind of services?

Yes. These engagements are typically on organization design, strategy formulation and execution, change management, leadership development exercise etc.

Do you invest in start-ups?

No. We do not invest financially in start-ups.

Do you work only with big companies?

We work with all the people or companies that need support. We work with individuals for coaching. We work with companies for coaching, designing & delivering leadership workshops for middle and senior leaders. We also do consulting with companies of various sizes on organization development, change management, strategy formulation, and execution excellence.

What kind of consulting work do you undertake?

There are several types and is based on a specific need. For example, the consulting may be provided on the following areas:

  • Formulating vision and strategy for the company.
  • Creating a business plan and devising progress review metrics.
  • Designing the organization structure and developing the roles and responsibilities for effective functioning.
  • Initiating change and managing it for success.
  • Assessing the organization culture and helping to strengthen it or change it as needed.
  • Developing leadership pipeline and talent engagement.
  • Assessment of senior leadership talent and coaching for better results.

Training Workshops

Do you conduct training workshops? At what level of the company?

Yes. We do conduct training workshops on various topics of organization development and leadership competencies.

The workshops are generally conducted for middle and senior level leaders of the company. We do not undertake workshops for fresher in general.

Can you design and conduct workshop for our company through webinar (online mode)?

Yes, it is possible. However, the bandwidth and infrastructure for such a webinar should be provided by the company.

In case the company is unable to provide such infrastructure, the same can be worked out by us at additional cost.

Can you conduct training programs over extended period of time – like twice a week for couple of hours each time - as our team may not be able to allocate full time for the training workshops.

Yes. This is possible and had been done to some clients in the past. However, the company needs to ensure the attendance of the participants in all programs without break to get the benefit of investment in the workshop and competency building exercise.

My company does not send me for any trainings. How can I make use of your services?

You can join the online courses we would be offering very soon. That will help you to be updated on your skills and be in line with the developments.

Give the list of topics of your trainings?
